News from ROLMIN: September 2023
In the Davao Region-side of Mount Apo, the GIZ Project “Promotion of the Rule of Law in Mindanao (ROLMIN)” contributes to stabilisation and peacebuilding by reducing the potential for violence and conflict arising from land use and land distribution by supporting legal access for marginalized groups. The ROLMIN focuses on promoting conflict-sensitive land management, strengthening gender responsive informal mediation and formal alternative dispute resolution. It will also work with governmental complaint bodies to document violations of land rights and develop an appropriate referral system to properly address the cases documented.
