Organisation

Our organisation combines clear structures with international cooperation – from the Management Board and official bodies to shareholdings.

Management Board

Together with the shareholder and the Supervisory Board, the Management Board is one of the three official bodies that a company in the form of a GmbH (private limited company) is required to have under German law.

As well as managing our company, it implements the strategic objectives and acts within the framework of the law, the Articles of Association, the resolutions of the shareholder and the rules of procedure.
