Updating and Customization of the NSG’s online Ethics course for Public Service

The Transparency, Integrity and Accountability Programme in South Africa (TIP) supports state and non-state actors to contribute towards the implementation of the National Anti-corruption Strategy (NACS) in a whole-of-government and societal manner. The TIP provides capacity development for anti-corruption actors in the state, civil society and the business sector. In addition to the whole-of-government and societal approach of the TIP, the programme actively pursues a human rights-based orientation including gender equality.

The TIP in partnership with the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME) in collaboration with the National School of Government (NSG) and the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to revise and customize the NSG’s online Ethics Course for Public Service. The main purpose of this assignment is to ensure that the online course is updated to incorporate the latest best practices relevant to the public sector in terms of content, case studies, scenarios and illustrations, among other things, accompanied by multimedia to support online learning.

GIZ invites eligible and professional companies with local presence in South Africa to participate in this tender.
