Moderation and Facilitation Services for the Digital Skills for Jobs and Income (DS4JI) Project
The Digital Skills for Jobs and Income (DS4JI) project is an initiative by GIZ South Africa aimed at harnessing the potential of digital technologies to boost job creation and income opportunities. The project seeks to empower youth through targeted digital skills training, enhancing employability and entrepreneurship.
The project invites experienced facilitators to the transformative Digital Skills for Jobs and Income (DS4JI) project. We seek a service provider to lead pivotal sessions bridging the gap between digital skills development and economic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Provider:
- Facilitate sessions to enhance digital skills across diverse demographic groups in South Africa.
- Employ digital tools to effectively deliver and manage hybrid sessions, ensuring comprehensive participant engagement both in-person and online.
- Coordinate with a scribe for accurate documentation of proceedings in sessions where detailed record-keeping is necessary.
- Analyze feedback and session outcomes to refine and optimize future sessions, contributing to the project’s adaptive learning process.
Interested companies with a local presence in South Africa are encouraged to submit proposals detailing their facilitation strategy and experience in handling similar projects.
Proposals must be submitted to ZA_Quotation@giz.de by 21 July 2024.
