Whether as contractual partners, accompanying partners or managers, we may encounter various challenges while working abroad, such as changes in our own working context, living in fragile locations, or cooperating with vulnerable target groups.  It is therefore important to examine our own resilience, to prepare by learning suitable methods, and also to discover other options for and the limits of support when dealing with others. This training course offers ample space for discussing your own needs, for individual reflection and for putting your own experiences into context with the aid of background knowledge. At the same time, the course has a high degree of practical relevance and aims to provide participants with a toolkit of methods for taking action.

  • Examination of your own robustness and vulnerability, plus resources for the assignment abroad
  • Forms and impacts of stress and burnout
