Framework Contract - Provision of Services for Commercial and Legal Eligibility Check for Financing Arrangements in South Africa, Lesotho and eSwatini.
As a federally owned enterprise of the German Government, The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the South African Government in terms of sustainable development. GIZ operates in more than 120 countries around the globe. It has been present in South Africa since 1993.
As part of our vision of working to shape a future worth living around the world, GIZ provides Financing Arrangements to various partners and beneficiaries in South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini. Potential recipients undergo a due diligence process known as Kaufmännische Eignungs Prüfung (KEP) or commercial and legal eligibility (CEP) checks. GIZ seeks experienced due diligence consulting companies with a strong track record in the financial and legal sectors. Companies will be required to assess potential financing recipients considering the requirements from GIZ and make recommendations regarding risk mitigations measures.
GIZ invites eligible and professional companies with local presence in South Africa, Lesotho, or Eswatini to participate in this tender.
