Empowering Government Partners: Enhancing Skills in Project Cycle Management!
Successful project execution demands a systematic and standard plan. The ProFEB project has supported a ProjectCycleManagement training for government counterparts like DOFI, PAFO, POFI, and DAFO. This training aims to enhance skills in project management, problem analysis, log-frame development, project design, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Participants are expected to apply the skills and knowledge they gained during the training in their profession roles. Additionally, they explored project design case studies from international organisations such as ADB, World Bank, and the EU.
The project is co-funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union. ProFEB is the second component of “Team Europe Partnership with Lao PDR to increase sustainable and inclusive trade, investment and connectivity in the agriculture and forestry sectors (TICAF)”
