Conference Preparation and Implementation: Learning Forum

GIZ seeks to contract a service provider to support with the preparation and implementation of an event in partnership with the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA).

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) supports the Presidency of the Republic of South Africa in achieving the goals of the Presidential Youth Employment Intervention (PYEI). The National Youth Service (NYS) is a key component of the PYEI. NYDA and GIZ plan to host a Learning Forum with up to 180 participants in Gauteng for representatives of youth-led non-profit organisations to enhance their capacities to contribute to the NYS.

Tasks of the contractor relate to the following areas:

• Procurement of material and equipment  
• Invitations and participant management
• Travel logistics for the participants
• Venue setting
• Post-event logistics

GIZ invites eligible and professional service firms with legal presence in South Africa to participate in this tender. Tender documents are available for downloading below.
